2. | Conducts investigations of violations of federal and state civil rights statutes involving the County, its employees, agents, and the public. |
3. | Conducts investigations of County employees involved in alleged violations and disciplinary proceedings. |
4. | Participates in conferences in matters relating to cooperation with other law enforcement agencies when investigations reveal criminal activities. |
5. | Supervises and participates in investigations of malpractice, false arrest, assault, and other tort claims against the County. |
6. | Participates in conferences on matters relating to policy, procedures, and control. |
7. | Prepares reports and evaluations relating to investigations. |
