GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Under supervision, performs routine work in supervising work and conduct of caddies; performs related duties as required.

TYPICAL DUTIES
1.Hires, trains or discharges caddies.
2.Checks applicants for caddie positions for proof of age.
3.Assigns caddies to players.
4.Keeps record of rounds made by caddie.
5.Supervises the playground area adjacent to caddie house.
6.Relieves as carrier, starter or ranger as required.

FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1.Good knowledge of the game of golf.
2.Ability to hire and train caddies.
3.Ability to maintain discipline.
4.Ability to supervise a small playground.
5.Ability to keep records and prepare simple reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training and Experience
1.Graduation from elementary school and one year of experience in duties of the position, or as a golf ranger or golf starter;
or
2.Graduation from elementary school and two years of experience as a golf caddie;
or
3.Satisfactory equivalent combination of training and experience.
