| 1. | Knowledge of methods and procedures used in the treatment and prevention of designated health problem or condition. |
| 2. | Knowledge of the techniques of interviewing, and health and substance abuse counseling. |

| 5. | Ability to learn about the various substance abuse, health care and medical services offered by the NUMC. |
