1. | Reviews and examines documents, insurance claims, personnel forms, health records, applications, business certificates, and other similar data for recording, indexing, and filing in accordance with legal requirements. | |
2. | Computes values of land, buildings, building additions, and alterations. | |
3. | Makes apportionments for assessment purposes, using established formulas. | |
4. | Classifies, checks, and files medical records of patients by established systems and procedures. | |
5. | Issues licenses and permits of various kinds. | |
6. | Operates standard office equipment, the operation of which requires no previous training. | |
7. | Obtains comparative prices and information to be used for purchasing purposes. | |
8. | Assigns and instructs a small staff of subordinate clerical employees, as required. | |
9. | Conducts credit and collection investigations, in accordance with established procedures. | |
