3. | Considerable skill in the use and care of tools and equipment used in repairing and adjusting motor equipment. |
4. | Ability to locate defects and diagnose malfunctions in automotive equipment. |
5. | Ability to supervise and instruct mechanics and other subordinates in the repair, overhaul, and general maintenance of automotive equipment. |
