1. | Supervises the preparation and measuring of ingredients for baking. |

4. | Supervises the preparation of jello, puddings, custards and other desserts. |
5. | Supervises and participates in preparing fancy cakes, cookies and pastries for special social events and parties. |

1. | Thorough knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in institutional baking and preparation of desserts. |
2. | Ability to supervise the preparation and measuring of ingredients used in institutional baking. |

4. | Ability to follow oral and written instructions. |
1. | Completion of grade school education; and |
2. | Four years of experience in modern institutional or commercial baking. |
