1. | Completion of technical school training in automotive maintenance and Seven years of satisfactory experience as a skilled automotive mechanic, including four years during which the primary responsibility was the repair and maintenance of automotive transmissions; or |
2. | Graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses in automotive maintenance and Eight years of satisfactory experience as a skilled automotive mechanic, including four years during which the primary responsibility was the repair and maintenance of automotive transmissions. |
